Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved the latest HTC PD98140 Desire HD smartphone which runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. The device will be powered by a new generation Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor and supports GSM bands 850 and 1900.
