
The US Mobile Operator, Alltel with LG Electronics has announced the launch of a new Android Smartphone namely, LG Axis which runs on Android 2.1 operating system. It has full of high-end features such as 3.2-inch touchscreen display with WVGA resolution of 480 x 800 pixel, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3.2-megapixel auto-focus camera with 4x zoom, 3.5 mm headphone jack etc. The device is a side slider form factor and works in CDMA EV-DO network.
