There is a buzz growing around Canon and their new 60D digital camera. The DSLR camera is said to fit somewhere between the 7D and the T2i with an official announcement coming shortly. However, things may have changed as it appears that this announcement may not come until next month some time.
The most probable August dates circulating for this announcement are August 11th and August 24th and by delaying the announcement, it may just built anticipation for the Canon EXPO 2010, an event that will occur on September 2/3
